1. intellectual property rights
There is content on Huset.se that is protected by intellectual property law, including copyright. HUset.se has a database that is protected under copyright law. Failure to comply with the terms of use may mean that Huset.se or Huset's licensors' intellectual property rights are violated, which may lead to legal sanctions and an obligation to pay compensation.
